Human Resources Intern Job Description:
Job OverviewAs an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases, coordinating interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining and updating employee records, and handling routine HR administrative tasks.

- Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
