Human Resources Manager Position

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Onsite Role

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring top talent.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting key performance indicators, conducting appraisals and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including training programs and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity and inclusion programs and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
