Job Title: Chief Learning Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to spearhead our organization's learning and development initiatives. The Chief Learning Officer will be responsible for driving digital transformation within our Training function, enabling us to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Learning Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our organization's overarching business and digital transformation goals.
  • Leveraging Digital Technologies: Champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning experience platforms, and AI-driven learning tools.
Program Design:
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify current and future digital skill gaps across our workforce.
  • Innovative Learning Content: Design and oversee the development of innovative, scalable digital learning content and programs, including simulations, virtual reality, microlearning, and blended learning models.
Technology Management & Innovation:
  • Platform Evaluation: Evaluate, select, and manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure they meet our organizational needs.
  • Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and workplace technology to drive continuous innovation in our Training function.
  • Digital Infrastructure: Oversee the creation of a robust digital learning infrastructure, including onboarding programs for new hires.
Process Training:
  • Training Strategy: Design an effective Training strategy and facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies.
  • Alignment with Business Objectives: Ensure all training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Attributes & Attitude:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to measure effectiveness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business
  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in a BPO company and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital transformation for the Training function.
