Job Title:

Business Development Manager

  • Lead sales and business development efforts to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Business Volumes:

  • Drive business sales as per plan.

Working Capital Management:

  • Regularly follow up with customers for payment.
  • Control stocks and discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability.
  • Timely submission of all bills and documents required for payment processing.

Channel Management:

  • Improve B2B handling capabilities of wholesale dealers.
  • Appointment of new channel partners and effective management of existing channel partners.
  • Extract more business as per business objectives.

Key Account Management:

  • Manage and strengthen key accounts, driving business growth.

Process Management:

  • Improve customer relationships and increase the enquiry base.
  • Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of records for reporting and audits.
Requisite Qualifications:

Essential:

  • BE in any discipline or Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred:

  • BE in any discipline or Graduate in any discipline + MBA in Marketing.
Requisite Work Experience:

Essential:

  • Two years of relevant experience in a degree in engineering or 4 years of work experience in graduate in any discipline.
