Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing professional to lead our global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product lines and collections
  • Manage and analyze market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 30-36 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in managing premium brands and sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc.
  • Strong business acumen, product development, costing, and supply chain management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills
  • Formal education in Fashion, textiles, or related fields from a reputable institution

Travel requirements may include extensive travel to meet buyers, make presentations, and attend international trade shows.
