Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our US IT Staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers and HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements and work with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate and close contracts ensuring favorable terms for both clients and company.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay updated on market trends client needs and competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network of clients prospects and industry contacts in the US.
  • Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle VMS/MSP processes and vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality.
