Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.

This is a key role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients. You will play a critical part in expanding our market presence within the US.

This is not an account management role. We want professionals with 8-10 years of proven experience who can bring existing client relationships and deliver measurable business growth from day one.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify and secure new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners
  • Create and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans
  • Drive lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and direct sales efforts
  • Establish service agreements and foster long-term client relationships
  • US Staffing Expertise:
  • Deep Knowledge of US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Proven Track Record in Successful Consultant Placements
  • Ability to Build and Lead a High-Performing Staffing Sales Team
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10 Years of Proven Success in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
  • Strong Existing Client Relationships with Ability to Generate Immediate Business
  • Demonstrated Expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Independently Manage the Full Sales Cycle
