Key Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key IT accounts and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key IT accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in client relationship management or business development in the IT services/consulting or IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing experience.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
