About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic business growth plans for corporate services segment aligned with overall business development strategy.
- Set ambitious business growth targets for key and other accounts within the segment.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the segment including emerging sectors, companies, regions etc.
Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop strategies for effectively tapping new growth opportunities within the segment.
Support in preparing account management strategies by providing insights on potential key accounts within the segment to be targeted annually for developmental sales.
Analyze the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to the Marketing department for developing new offers and customizing existing offers for the segment.
Establish and maintain strategic alliances with industry forums within the segment.
Drive large account acquisition within the segment by designing 'Quality of Life' solutions for clients and aggressively marketing Sodexo value proposition.
Drive growth and penetration in new and existing clients within the segment by overseeing smooth and timely sales management process.
Ensure team is adequately staffed as per business requirements.
Timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members.
Oversee capability building for the team.
Mentor and coach subordinates to develop capabilities and build succession pipeline.
