Job Opportunity: Spearhead Expansion in US Staffing Market

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the US staffing market.

This high-impact role involves driving client acquisition strategies, forging new relationships, and generating business opportunities across diverse industries.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the US staffing and recruitment space.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leverage networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and participation in industry events.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable revenue and client retention.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior leadership.

Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

  • Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams

  • Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.
  • Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
  • Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within the US staffing industry.
  • Deep understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem, labor laws, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
