Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in an HRMS system.

They will also prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review, utilizing data design insights from AI tools to inform strategic decisions.

In addition, the successful candidate will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy workplace, and manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Furthermore, they will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, organize training & development programs to promote professional growth, and drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture.

  • Advance Excel skills with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years are required.
  • Hands-on experience with skills like Macros, Pivot table, MS office, power BI is additional.
  • The incumbent should be proficient in working with data of minimum 2000+ employees.
  • Primary role will be HR MIS.
  • Secondary role will be HR Generalist activities (E.g. PMS, Recruitment, etc.)

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, and HR tools/software is essential.
  • Experience with HRMS systems is necessary.
  • Expertise in MS Excel is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is crucial.
