Job Title:
Staffing Account Growth SpecialistThis role is critical in expanding our client portfolio and growing existing accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach and business development.
- Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and Network Technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
