Job Title:

Staffing Account Growth Specialist

This role is critical in expanding our client portfolio and growing existing accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach and business development.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and Network Technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
