Job Title: Business Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Lead a high-performing team of IT hiring experts and develop their skills.
  • Oversee staffing and recruitment delivery, including mid and senior-level recruitment.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in client development and contract staffing.
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice.
  • Experience as a regional/business head preferred.
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.

Engagement Model: Fix Fee + Performance Incentives (50:50)

As a Business Development Leader, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the execution of business strategies. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as maximizing revenue from key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in client development and contract staffing, as well as minimum 2 years experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice. Experience as a regional/business head is highly preferred.

As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of IT hiring experts and developing their skills to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all staffing and recruitment activities are delivered to the highest standards, including mid and senior-level recruitment.
