Exciting Opportunity for Studio Leadership

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the launch of our flagship Indian studio. As a Studio Director, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our Mumbai office, developing a business plan for the Indian market, and managing key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects. They will also have demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit, with excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.

This is a unique opportunity to shape studio culture, strategy, and growth from inception. You will work on international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects, collaborating with globally recognized studios and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and promote our company culture across the office.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support revenue objectives.
  • Manage key accounts obtaining and maintaining commissions.
  • Lead, develop and mentor team members.
  • Take oversight and responsibility for architectural projects at all work stages.
  • Manage resources and coordinate workflow between offices.

Requirements:
  • B.Arch / M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable).
  • 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit (P&L responsibility, team leadership, resourcing).
