We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our business development team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth initiatives across various industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach campaigns, and supporting proposal preparation and client presentations.

You will work closely with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing, ensuring seamless delivery of our staffing solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective clients across target industries.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Skillset:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an asset.
