Job Title:

Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that involves driving sales of life insurance products through the Bancassurance channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Bancassurance business model and be able to build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate leads.

The selected candidate will also assist bank customers with suitable product offerings and ensure smooth onboarding. They will work closely with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct joint calls with bank staff for client meetings and presentations, ensuring compliance with company and bank policies while handling customer queries.

Key performance indicators will include achieving sales targets, meeting quarterly targets assigned by management, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  1. Graduate in any discipline.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in BFSI / Bancassurance.
  3. Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
