About the Role:
- Engage clients through informative and empathetic video consultations, guiding them towards mental wellness.
- Manage calendar space to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
- Complete daily tasks every day from Monday to Saturday, ensuring seamless operations.
- Be available for communication via Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
- Establish trust and empathy with clients through meaningful conversations.
- Ensure you enroll only clients who are a great fit, following through on commitments.
- Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
- Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales closer/psychologist or in a similar role within a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective and persuasive video calls.
- Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
- Able to empathize with clients and build trust.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment.
- Bachelors degree and 1-3+ years of experience in the sales industry preferred.
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
