We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in market research, lead generation, and client mapping. As a Market Research Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building accurate databases of target clients and decision-makers.

You will work closely with Business Development Managers to develop client outreach strategies and provide data-driven reports and actionable insights for effective client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and reporting skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to find new business opportunities in staffing
  • Build and maintain accurate databases of target clients and decision-makers
  • Track hiring trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to support the sales team
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to develop client outreach strategies
  • Provide data-driven reports and actionable insights for effective client engagement
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or client mapping (preferably in staffing or recruitment)
  • Strong skills in using job boards and other market intelligence tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support EST shift operations
