Data Engineering & Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead data engineering and reporting initiatives, driving the design, development, and publication of scalable data pipelines and high-quality dashboards. This role will enable timely and accurate business insights, propelling our organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Visualization & Reporting Development: Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and self-service datasets, meeting business needs with precision and speed.
  • Data Engineering & Integration: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to load and transform data into data warehouses and marts, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Collaboration & Global Delivery: Collaborate closely with onsite leads, data architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, fostering cross-functional teamwork and offshore delivery excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 6–9 years of experience in Data Engineering & Business Intelligence, leveraging expertise in database management and data analytics.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Power BI Service), SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS, with proficiency in data modeling principles.
  • Experience working in an offshore delivery model with global teams, effectively managing communication and project timelines.
