Job Summary
A Data Analyst will deliver insightful business intelligence to stakeholders through advanced Excel analysis, reporting, and communication skills. This role requires strong technical expertise and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform in-depth data analysis using formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
2. Develop detailed reports for business insights.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on research and prior experience.
5. High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with 100% accuracy.
6. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling.
7. Adaptability to new tools and processes.
