As a seasoned business leader, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the growth strategy of our Resource Management division. This is a strategic business leadership position that requires consultative partnership with senior executives, understanding evolving business challenges, and designing workforce solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite and senior leadership to align our solutions with client business goals, delivering tailored advice and expertise to drive success.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share, establish us as a premier staffing partner, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success, ensuring scalability and cost optimization while fostering strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs), driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
  • Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge to identify new revenue streams and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams, staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of diverse service offerings, driving business growth and expansion through effective team leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability while driving business success.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development and demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
