Strategic Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a visionary and innovative leader to spearhead our partnership ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector, with a strong focus on the K-12 segment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market, driving growth and expansion through strategic alliances.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives, fostering collaborative relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement, leveraging partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights, informing strategic decisions and optimizing partnership ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred), demonstrating a solid foundation in business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech), with a proven track record of success in building and managing successful partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks, driving growth and expansion through strategic alliances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, able to navigate complex issues and drive results-oriented solutions.
