Capital Partnerships & Structuring Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to join a startup building trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of capital partnerships, structuring, and government programs.

The successful individual will be responsible for establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including DFIs, impact investors, and government agencies. They will also contribute ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a pipeline of deals and create menu options for program credit lines, first-loss guarantees, and pay-as-we-save models.
  • Develop outreach maps and identify warm targets, including FMO, GuarantCo, DFID/FCDO windows, SIDBI linkages, and other relevant partners.
  • Craft term-sheet templates, fee schedules, and lock escrow/pay out systems.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including wealth/FOs, banks/NBFCs, and incubators/networks.
KPIs by Day 30, 60, and 90:
  • Day 30: 12+ calls booked, 3-4 NDAs signed, 1-2 LoIs for program-linked facilities.
  • Day 60: Two term-sheet drafts in play, compliance pack v1, pricing & RAS sheets aligned to CTO's score outputs.
  • Day 90: Anchor facility ≥₹10 Cr conditionally approved, collections & treasury flows dry-run, second lane opened.
