Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape business strategy, monitor transaction pipelines, and provide oversight on deal execution.

- Deliver timely reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.

- Maintain effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
- Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
- Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
