Strategic Business Partnership Opportunity

This leadership role involves driving high-visibility business initiatives with strong financial acumen and proven deal-making experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape business strategy, monitor transaction pipelines, and provide oversight on deal execution.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to review developments and progress.
  • Deliver timely reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and fundraising activities.
  • Maintain effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
