This position drives revenue expansion and builds lasting client relationships through strategic sales strategies, innovative proposals, and top-notch presentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation, sales funnel management, proposal development, and closure execution to increase revenue growth.
  • Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients to drive business results.
  • Nurture BFSI and Fintech relationships while pursuing new client acquisition.
  • Effectively draft and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Develop strong contracting and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the EVP – Sales on quarterly and annual target strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management, and direct sales conversions.
  • Strong networking ability and individual lead closure track record.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-driven go-getter exceling in high-growth environments.
