Job Title: Proposal and Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our in-house model, creativity, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure large-scale contracts.
  • Proposal Writing: Create engaging and persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and capabilities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to inform proposal development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless proposal development and execution.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate proposal performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
