Proposal Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Federal Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and government contracting regulations.

The selected individual will be responsible for creating compelling responses to proposals as well as managing reactive bids, identifying improvements or innovations to services, product functionality or processes, and preparing customer-specific sales materials by working closely with the respective practice teams.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT services / staffing company.
  • Understanding of US Federal government contracting.
  • Experience in RFP/RFQ/RFI management and a good understanding of end-to-end sales life cycle.
  • Good presentation skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to gather information from various stakeholders to design a compelling solution/proposal.
Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-end handling of Capture management, lead generation & Bid Management.
  • Creation of proposals, case studies, marketing materials etc.
  • Handling of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Capture management, and Bid Management using various portals.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
  • Hands-on experience in Proposal writing is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
