Bid Proposal Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Bid Proposal Manager to lead our bid and proposal management process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying procurement opportunities, preparing compliant submissions, managing client pricing strategies, and delivering actionable insights through reports and business reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the full cycle of bids, proposals, and pricing operations to support business growth.
  • Procurement Opportunities: Identify opportunities through private, state, and federal procurement portals.
  • Submission Preparation: Review qualification criteria, prepare executive summaries, compliance documents, and financials.
  • Client Engagement: Manage client pricing strategies and deliver insightful reports and business reviews.
  • Sales & Commission Reporting: Lead the end-to-end reporting cycle by exporting daily sales reports and uploading to FileMaker Pro.
  • Pricing Operations: Manage vending machine pricing across client accounts.
Requirements:
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF Tools.
  • Hands-on Experience with FileMaker Pro, VendTrak, and Cantaloupe.
  • Proven Ability to Manage Bids, Proposals, and Procurement Documentation.
  • Experience Preparing Client-Facing Reports, Pricing Models, and Presentations.
  • Strong Analytical and Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail.
