Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kochi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with various departments, providing leadership and guidance to team members, and assisting in the development of business processes and strategies.

- Client Relationship Management, Communications, and Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in IT solutions and digital marketing

- Relevant experience in business consulting or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
