Business Development Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our seller presence and vendor base growth in India.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Growth & Sales Strategies:
    • Develop business strategies for India operations across top platforms.
    • Identify high-potential product categories and brands for expansion.
    • Promote products and manage pricing, promotions, and compliance to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Vendor Onboarding & Brand Partnerships:
    • Source and onboard new vendors, distributors, and brand partners to expand our product range.
    • Establish relationships with Indian manufacturers and suppliers for private label development.
    • Negotiate agreements and build long-term partnerships.
  • Private Label Management:
    • Coordinate with sourcing, design, compliance, and logistics teams to launch and scale new products.
    • Monitor product lifecycle, customer feedback, and reviews to refine offerings.
  • Sales & Profitability:
    • Contribute to revenue growth by identifying high-margin opportunities.
    • Monitor sales performance and work towards maximizing profitability.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Collect and document invoices, GST, and regulatory paperwork properly.
    • Streamline processes with internal teams.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and fulfillment teams to streamline FBA/Self-ship operations.
    • Resolve issues and challenges efficiently.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performance business development team.
    • Train the team on strategies and best practices.
