- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to acquire new merchants and retailers from various segments.
- Source, generate, and close new acquisition and activation signing leads.
- Manage a team of direct sales professionals and provide coaching and mentorship on sales and relationship management.
- Plan, formulate, and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Travel across regions to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years in sales, preferably in the fintech or retail industry.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively.
