Job Title: Regional Performance Director

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage and drive the performance of our educational centers within a designated region.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to boost efficiency, productivity, and reach, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Oversee daily operations of educational centers, focusing on quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their teams to enhance individual and team effectiveness
  • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for cost savings, and implement initiatives to improve profitability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve regional KPIs and sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers, addressing queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
