Job Title: Regional Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Director to oversee the successful management of a portfolio of properties, each with its own unique set of challenges and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations within their region meet our high standards for service quality, while also fostering a positive work environment that drives productivity and employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • To oversee the day-to-day management of properties within the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • To build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hotel teams, other departments, and external partners
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • To lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple properties or regions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
