Outbound Lead Generation Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Lead Generation Business Developer to join our team at NextGenPros Inc. in Gurugram, HR (Onsite).
This is a contract position.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating new leads through outbound sales efforts
- Building strong relationships with potential customers
- Communicating effectively with clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in US/ UK/ Australian Sales/Lead Generation process
- Experience related to the Energy/ Telecom campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
