About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the sales team. This individual will identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

In this role, you will conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads, build relationships by nurturing warm prospects, and set up appointments for the Sales team. You will also manage campaigns using campaign management solutions, targeting the right content for the segmented audience and consistently updating the CRM. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets independently is essential.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong learning aptitude. Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with CRM software functioning and tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha is an added advantage.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between ₹8.4 lakhs to ₹12.6 lakhs based on industry standards and location (Gurgaon). We offer a competitive compensation package that aligns with your performance and growth.
