Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to lead our Inside Sales efforts in the US market. This role will be responsible for generating and building high-level qualified leads pipelines, securing B2B appointments with senior decision-makers, and driving top-line revenue growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating and qualifying high-quality leads through outbound sales calling and research
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with senior decision-makers at Investment and Commercial banks, Asset Managers, Insurance, Private Equity, Corporates, and Consulting firms
- Working closely with our on-shore sales team in the USA region to secure business opportunities and pass converted leads
- Using Salesforce.com to capture and maintain accurate information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions
You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to neutralize accent. International B2B/B2C outbound cold-calling experience is an added advantage, preferably in the USA market. Familiarity with Salesforce.com and CRM systems is also beneficial.
Key Competencies- Excellent Communication: Candidate need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent.
- Outbound Sales: International B2B/B2C outbound cold-calling experience is an added advantage, preferably in the USA market.
- Database Building: Candidate would be expected to perform database management activities, i.e., search based on business requirements and build databases for market outreach activities.
- Research Skills: He/She would be required to perform basic-level research on the target market.
- Reporting & MIS: Regularly report sales numbers, attend internal staff meetings, submit target numbers for the month or quarter, and give regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager/Sales Head.
- CRM: Should have prior experience working on any sales CRM. Familiarity with Salesforce.com would be an added advantage.
