Commercial Excellence Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Develop and execute business expansion plans to drive revenue growth across assigned regions in India.
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies for API business growth on global accounts.
- Build wallet share of business for Biocon API products in India by identifying opportunities and developing solutions to address customer needs.
- Leadership and Sales Operations
- Lead operations and day-to-day activities to ensure smooth functioning of businesses, including monthly order forecasting for production planning.
- Grow share of business and expand relationships with customers by identifying influencers, gatekeepers, and decision-makers in the region of India.
- Deploy strong consultative selling approaches with assigned accounts to identify supply chain challenges and develop value-creating solutions.
- Interact with regular customers to ensure continuity of existing businesses from order receipt to shipment as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure dispatch as per customer timelines and provide shipping documentation to customers.
- Manage business development activities to add new customers and increase market coverage of existing products in untapped regions.
Market research and analysis are essential for identifying markets and customers for new products and products in the pipeline. Assist regional heads in successful launches and ensuring sales of new products once commercialized.
