Product Category Expansion Specialist

Our mission is to bring top-quality e-bikes to India at an affordable price, utilizing local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities. As the market leader in India across the e-bike category, we're growing rapidly and seeking a visionary product category expert to drive comprehensive product category expansion and lead strategic road mapping for sustained category growth.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in product category expansion, strategic planning, and roadmap implementation, with a track record of owning P&L and delivering category growth in high-volume digital retail settings. This includes owning and executing aggressive category expansion strategies, identifying and introducing new products that align with evolving customer needs.
- Develop clear, actionable 3–5-year category growth roadmaps, setting and achieving milestones for assortment breadth, sales volume, and market share.
This role requires strong analytical, planning, and execution skills, as well as comfort with AI/automation platforms for scaling online categories. The successful candidate will thrive in data-heavy, fast-growth environments and be comfortable with championing new product launches and influencing the future of digital commerce.
