Leadership Opportunity in India:

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead our India operations, driving growth and transformation across logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full P&L accountability for India business, encompassing freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project logistics.
  • Develop and execute a pan-India strategy aligned with global growth vision, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive expansion of warehousing capabilities and integrated distribution solutions, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Scale IOR/EOR services, expanding business into chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense verticals.
  • Strengthen and grow project logistics practice, leveraging proprietary SCM platforms.
  • Incubate 4PL control tower solutions, integrating with existing logistics networks.
  • Expand road logistics and partial truckload services, integrating warehousing and distribution for high-margin domestic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DG/chemical/defense norms.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a multi-city team with structured KPIs, promoting performance excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics in India.
  • Strong exposure to chemical logistics / regulated supply chains (pharma, auto, defense, DG preferred).
  • Proven P&L management and experience scaling operations nationally.
  • Deep understanding of customs, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport.
  • Track record of leading large, multi-location teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution focus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
