Job Title: Senior Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Director to drive operational excellence at our IVF centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Cost Optimization: Lead cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • SOP Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Operational Issues: Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
  • Brand Visibility: Liaise with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
  • P&L Coordination: Coordinate monthly P&L reports with the corporate finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin).
  • Customer Focus: Customer satisfaction (NPS 90%) and retention focus.
  • Compliance: Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  • Process Management: Process-driven with attention to detail and ability to implement improvements.
