Job Title: Senior Financial Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations of a manufacturing plant, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, internal controls, and compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive strategic business decisions.
- Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement financial plans that align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal SOPs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 18 years of experience in managing large plant finance & accounting.
- Chartered Accountant and proficient in SAP/HANA 4.0 or above.
