Senior Finance Executive Sought

We are looking for a seasoned senior finance executive with a proven track record of leading financial operations in listed companies to join our leadership team.

  • Lead capital raising initiatives, including private equity funding, to support business expansion and strategic initiatives.
  • Broaden relationships with PE firms, investment banks, and financial advisors.
  • Develop compelling investment narratives and financial models to present to potential investors.
  • Oversee due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and deal closure processes.
  • Drive the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Provide recommendations to the managing director and board based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
  • Evaluate compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
  • Guide and develop the finance team to support the company's scaling efforts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • More than 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years as CFO or head of finance in a high-growth company.
  • A proven track record in raising capital via private equity or venture capital.
  • Experience managing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and negotiations.
  • A strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and investor expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • IPO experience is mandatory.
