Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing operations leader to oversee and optimize daily business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting senior management in achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, promoting coordination across departments and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor resources, costs, and budgets to maintain profitability and make informed decisions.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to senior management to inform business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, handle queries, and work to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute business growth strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as an operations manager, administration manager, or similar role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, or related software tools.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
