Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the finance and accounting department, driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting, maintenance of the chart of accounts, and implementation of accounting systems.
  • Lead a diverse team and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Oversee timely completion of all financial activities and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Design, review, and maintain the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and statutory controls, prepare for audits, and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, ability to drive change, and influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong adherence to ethics and integrity.
