Job Title:

The role of a Strategic Growth Director is to develop a thorough understanding of client's proposition, geography, various sectors, business strengths of the region, tax benefits for an investor, policies, and compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic growth projects for our client geographies (Economic Development Organisations)
  • Conduct evaluation meetings with Indian companies/conglomerates
  • Engage in discussions with CXOs of Indian companies and develop an understanding of their expansion plans in various international markets
  • Identify companies with business interests to invest/expand in the international markets and generate leads
  • Presentation of our client's geography as a potential business location for company's expansion plans
  • Analysis and formulation of reports from data/information gathered from interactions and meetings
  • Preparation and delivery of presentations on research findings and trends on cross-border investments, Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) to the clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-4 years in Trade promotion bodies/Expert Network/Trade & Investment Promotion/Investment Attraction/SME-Corporate Banking/Economic Development/Market Entry with experience in business development and handling overseas clients
  • Strong industry expertise and networks. Experience of business development will be preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Understanding of Market Entry, Cross Border Investments, Internationalization via International market expansion
