Job Title: Business Growth LeaderWe are seeking a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities to lead our growth initiatives in the Mumbai market.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the city's geography, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape.This position will play a key role in expanding our centres across Mumbai, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Feasibility
Conduct in-depth analysis of Mumbai's micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities, evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability, track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
  • Supply Acquisition & Execution
Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels, negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals, plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of P&L.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets, maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres, provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • On-Ground Insights & Engagement
Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights, liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders, monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution, ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.Qualifications & Skills:A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred), minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management (Mumbai market exposure is a must).
