We are seeking an accomplished Branch Director to spearhead the growth and success of our Bangalore operations.

Branch Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, distributor management, operational efficiency, and team leadership. A results-driven individual is required to ensure business growth while adhering to company policies and market discipline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales Management
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch by identifying new business opportunities, institutional sales, and government tenders.
  • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks to drive business expansion.
  • Implement company pricing, discount, and incentive policies strictly.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Leadership & People Management
  • A proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in IT/biometrics/security products).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate or MBA degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management is required. Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution will be an added advantage.
