Gymclass is building a platform to seamlessly connect trainers and customers. Customers can book at-home sessions with certified personal trainers.
Role Overview:We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Regional Business Growth Specialist to expand Gymclass operations across various regions and cities. This individual will work closely with trainers and customers to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Scale Gymclass operations in new regions/cities.
- Identify, engage, and onboard fitness trainers and gyms onto the platform.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Take ownership of growth targets and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Represent Gymclass in local communities through field work and meetings with trainers/customers.
- Assist in building and executing strategies to strengthen trainer and customer acquisition.
- Maintain processes with attention to detail while innovating and improvising when needed.
- Result-driven & focused – achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Persuasive communicator – strong ability to convince and build relationships with trainers, gyms, and customers.
- Meticulous & detail-oriented – ensures smooth operations without missing small details.
- Hands-on & resourceful – ready to roll up your sleeves and get the work done.
- Current student or recent graduate (Business/Management/Marketing background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote + field hybrid setup.
- First-hand experience of building and scaling a startup.
- Exposure to both business development and operations.
- Opportunity to work closely with the founding team.
- Learn how to manage and grow a business in the fitness-tech space.
