Job Title: Business Development Director - Regional Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business development director to lead our regional growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region, aligning with set targets.

This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, identify business opportunities, and ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive regional growth and meet set targets;
  • Manage and control the operating framework for the department, providing guidance and support to team members;
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to enhance revenue streams;
  • Mentor and coach high-potential talent to develop their skills and career progression;
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality principles and processes;
  • Monitor and enable achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports;
