Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive business growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing business deals across the globe.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Lead all sales cycle activities from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales relationship management in international markets.
  • Represent our company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services and network with potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international business development, export sales, and market expansion.
  • Familiarity with specific geographic regions of interest.

  • Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional sales acumen with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
